Our Love Story
We were both members of CFC-Youth For Christ and served as leaders in our community back then.
Our first encounter was in October 2013, during our Regional Conference in Rizal. I first met our brothers in the community, and they later introduced me to him.
After the conference, he messaged me and formally introduced himself . That’s when we started getting closer. Since I didn’t have a brother, he became like one to me. As time passed, we grew even closer.
In October 2014, he confessed his feelings for me. By November 2014, he asked if he could court me, and he even visited my home.
On January 4, 2015, we officially became a couple. We’ve overcome many struggles and hardships together, and we’ve created countless happy memories that we’ll treasure forever.
I’m forever thankful to CFC-YFC. God brought us here to serve Him and lead the youth, and it turns out this was also His way of bringing us together and helping us find each other.
CFC-YFC’s mission is to be and bring Christ wherever they are, and God led us to one another so we could be together for life, with Him at the center.
On June 22, 2024, he proposed—on the same day as my birthday.
