Our Love Story

We never expected that in the middle of a semi-pandemic in 2022, when the world felt uncertain and distant, we would find something so real and certain in each other. From the moment we first met, there was an unexplainable connection—something we both felt instantly. It was love at first sight, the kind we didn’t question, only embraced.

As we began our journey together, everything felt easy and natural. But just two months into our relationship, we were tested in ways we never imagined. We had to face distance—he continued his journey as a seafarer, sailing across oceans, while I stayed behind, devoted to my life as a teacher. Becoming a long-distance couple wasn’t easy, yet we both chose each other every single day, leaning on love, trust, and the hope of being together again.

From 2022 to 2025, we learned what it truly means to love from afar. We held on through late-night calls, messages that carried our hearts across time zones, and the quiet strength of trusting one another. There were moments when the distance felt overwhelming, but we never let go. Instead, we grew stronger, more patient, and more certain that what we had was worth every sacrifice.

In 2025, he came home, and on our first international trip together in Thailand, he proposed. It was a moment we will never forget—a beautiful memory filled with love, joy, and the promise of forever.

Now, as we approach May 22, 2026—our fourth anniversary—we are not just celebrating the years we’ve shared, but the journey we’ve overcome together. From meeting during uncertain times, to surviving years of distance, to his unforgettable proposal, our love story is built on trust, patience, and unwavering commitment.

We started with love at first sight, held on through every mile, and now we look forward to a lifetime together.

And this is only the beginning of our forever.
