Our Love Story

· “Rona and Kristian’s story began in the busy halls of SGV & Co., where long hours and tight deadlines were part of everyday life. In 2015, during the hectic December inventory counts, Rona—a senior associate—needed extra hands for one of her clients. Kristian, then an associate, was assigned to help. What started as simple coordination for logistics led to their first exchange of messages, including one thoughtful “take care” from Kristian that Rona initially saw as purely professional.

 

But December had more in store. During the office Kris Kringle, Kristian went out of his way to exchange names so he could be Rona’s gift-giver. Week after week, he surprised her with thoughtful presents—chocolates, a silver heart necklace, and more—each one quietly expressing what words had yet to fully say. At the Christmas party, he asked for a photo with her, while his friends teased him in the background. Even after the festivities, the messages continued, growing warmer and more personal.

 

Before the year ended, Kristian gathered the courage to ask if he could court Rona. She hesitated at first, mindful of their three-year age gap, but his sincerity never wavered. By May 2016, she said yes, and they officially became a couple.

 

Their relationship soon grew beyond the workplace. In December 2016, Rona visited Kristian’s hometown in Ozamiz City, where she met his family and welcomed the New Year with them—a tradition they would continue in the years that followed. Together, they explored countless destinations across the Philippines, from the cool breeze of Tagaytay City and Baguio City to the islands of Palawan, Camiguin, and Bohol—and many more places that became part of their shared memories.

 

In 2018, they took their first international trip to Singapore and Malaysia, followed by a special journey to Canada in 2023 to visit Rona’s family. Along the way, they filled their days with simple joys—trying new restaurants, enjoying good food, and celebrating milestones together: their first snow, their first glimpse of the aurora borealis, their first car, and countless family occasions.

 

After nearly a decade together—filled with laughter, kulitan, quiet moments, a few disagreements, and even challenges that tested their patience—they’ve learned to grow side by side, choosing each other every single day. Through it all, their love has only become deeper, steadier, and more certain.

 

Now, as they step into a new chapter of their lives, Rona and Kristian look forward to a lifetime of more journeys—this time, as husband and wife.”

Please adhere to the specified dress code and color motif provided. Dressing accordingly is deeply appreciated, as it will contribute to the elegance and harmony of our celebration.   • RSVP

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter. 


    The favor of a reply is required on or before June 5, 2026.


  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.

  • I said "NO" to the RSVP but I had a change of plans-I can attend now! What should I do?

    • Please check with us first. Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list.


    • Kindly inform us if your schedule clears up, so we can try to accommodate you.


    • If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible.


    • Please do not attend unannounced, as we may not have any available seats for you.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
    • Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
    • Be on time.
    • Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.
    • Stay until the end of the program.
    • Join the activities and enjoy!

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.


  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

    We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.
