October 10, 2021 - They met again at the wedding of Joan's older sister, Ate Dianne. Since this day, RJ had been hinting Joan about his interest in her.

October 19, 2021 - They had their first date. This started a few of their dates.

November 13, 2021 - For some reasons, they stopped talking. A lot of things happened after this.

March 13, 2022 - RJ and Joan met again after they stopped talking to each other. However, they were not in a friendly state by this time.

April 20, 2022 - RJ reached out to Joan. He apologized for the things that happened.

April 22, 2022 - This was their first random meet up since they started talking again. Since that day, they'd been talking again. They'd been seeing each other from time to time.

May 17, 2022 - RJ baked oatmeal cookies for Joan. It was very random that he wanted to bake for her.

June 2022 - RJ started hinting Joan to go out with him. For some reasons, their dates never pushed through.

August 1, 2022 - RJ asked Joan to be his date on his birthday. Again, for some reason, the date never happened.

August 3, 2022 - RJ's birthday. Joan called to greet him.

August 5, 2022 - Joan's birthday. RJ wanted to call to greet her but she was celebrating with her best friends.

August 17, 2022 - Despite a few cancelled dates, they finally met up again. They just had a short catch-up at Coffee Project Tanza. Since that day, they'd been secretly dating (every week) to avoid pressure from the people around them.

September 8, 2022 - RJ brought Joan to his mom's grave at the cemetery. Then he told her, "May itatanong lang sana ako. We've been dating for a few times now, ano na ba tayo?" And Joan answered with "Wait ka lang. Things will fall into place."

September 13, 2022 - RJ bravely went to Joan's home in Magallanes to meet her parents and formally tell them that they are dating. Joan's mom even asked him, "Sigurado ka na ba? Baka napipilitan ka lang?" And he answered, "Sigurado na po at hindi po napipilitan."

September 23, 2022 - Joan planned to visit Little Souls Chapel with RJ. They wrote their prayers. Few moments after, RJ and Joan were officially a couple!

Joan answered RJ's question through a candle with a hidden message stating, "We'll make it work this time. Let's make it official."

Since then, things were not smooth sailing. Though they never really had a big fight, things were just really meant to shake things up between them.

September 15, 2023 - RJ secretly went to Joan's home to tell her parents that he'd propose to Joan on their anniversary. Of course, her parents were surprised but gave their blessing to RJ.

September 22, 2023 - Due to some changes with plans, Joan insisted to celebrate their anniversary in advance. On this day, RJ planned to go back to where they started. They went back to Little Souls Chapel and wrote their prayers. This time, after a few moments, RJ knelt down and asked Joan to marry him. And Joan said "Yes"!
